There are lots of things to love about this holiday – including that special someone!

I happen to have 4 special men in my life; The Hubster and our 3 boys. Kind of corny but I like to make this holiday a family affair. This first gift I found on Amazon is Harry Potter inspired. My oldest son, Bubba, and I have been reading Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone together. He is LOVING it and it makes me so happy to see him light up and hang on every word when we read together.

  1. Harry Potter 6-sided glass terrarium container succulent planter

Designed to look like something straight out of Harry Potter this little case is perfect for those with a budding green thumb. I’m not much for Herbology but maybe my boys will be. These would even be a great media to make a fairy garden. Do something you LOVE with it – that’s all that matters. I think I would use it for herbs in my kitchen – freshness all year round.

2. Dinosaur Soup Ladle

I freakin adore this!! Isn’t it the cutest thing EVER? Please, forgive my excitement but while I was perusing the depths of the internet for awesome Valentine’s Day gift I stumbled upon this and immediately ordered one for my Bubba (he has so many interests, can’t you tell?). For those of you that don’t know he (Bubba) decided that Friday’s were to be soup day and I think this special ladle really makes it official. When it sits in the pot, it looks like a dinosaur in the water but it’s just hanging out in your soup pot. I can hear the giggles already.

3. Silicone Heart Pan (12 count)

There are so many possibilities that come to mind when I see this; petit fours, granola bites, frozen yogurt, cookies, cheesecake bites, chocolate – do you have any unique ideas? And they are heart shaped so c’mon, they are ideal for this heart-shaped holiday.

4.  Handmade Real Wood Teddy Bear Card

Cards are a staple for Valentine’s Day and this one will last much longer than the typical paper ones. Completely hand carved out of wood, with beautiful sky blue inside. I’ve never seen a wooden card like this, I’ve seen the plaques and the signs but not a card. I think The Hubster would love something like this. I bet it even smells good – like fresh cut wood. Am I crazy? I think it’s downright adorable.

5. Godiva Signature Chocolate Truffles (12 Count)

I just HAD to include chocolate in here somewhere and these truffles are my absolute favorite. Of course, Godiva is the ultimate chocolate that you can get on Valentine’s Day in my opinion. This particular package has flavors like milk, white, and dark chocolate then more unique flavors like Creme Brulee or Aztec Spice. Intrigued yet? I know that I’m drooling over here – hurry up Valentine’s Day, Momma needs some chocolate!

If you liked anything that you’ve seen here, you can click on the title of each gift or the picture to nab one (or more) for yourself or a loved one.

Happy Valentine’s Day y’all <3

Those were a few of my favorite things for Valentine’s day – what do you think? What are some of your favorites?
